To reduce the mineral content, the product undergoes ultrafiltration, ion exchange, or electrodialysis. After demineralization, the concentrate is dried into a powder form.
Demineralization grades and application areas
DWP 40 — ~40% salt removal — 6.0–7.0% ash — Food industry, bakery, confectionery, chocolate
DWP 50–70 — medium demineralization — 3.0–4.5% ash — Dairy products, ice cream, yogurts, partially infant formula
DWP 90 — deep demineralization — 0.5–1.0% ash — Infant nutrition, medical and dietary products

Delivery and cooperation terms
We work exclusively with wholesale orders.
Minimum shipment — full truckload (FTL).
Delivery is carried out by freight transport (tarpaulin trucks, mega trailers, containers).
The price is calculated individually, taking into account logistics, volume, and delivery region.
All payments are made with VAT, and delivery is carried out under DDP terms (delivery to the client’s location within Ukraine).
