CURRENT VACANCIES

We are a company integrated in the agricultural, energy, and food industries. We are ready to bring professional accountants to our team (areas: Foreign Economic Activity (FEA) — import/export; bank + personnel + reporting; maintaining primary accounting documentation).
Office location: near Solomyanska Square.
Responsibilities:
FEA Area (import/export)

  • reflecting import and export operations;
  • accounting for currency operations, exchange differences (or foreign exchange differences), advances, and prepayments;
  • controlling the compliance of operations with currency legislation requirements;

  • checking contracts, invoices, CMRs, and customs declarations (CD);
  • forming accounting entries (or ledger postings) for FEA documents (Foreign Economic Activity documents);
  • controlling the correctness of document preparation for the bank and tax authorities;

  • preparing a package of documents for removing operations from currency supervision (or currency control);
  • controlling payment deadlines (or settlement terms) for import and export contracts; interacting with banks on FEA (Foreign Economic Activity) and currency control matters;

  • interaction with customs brokers
  • checking the accuracy of HS codes and amounts in the customs declaration

  • recording customs payments (VAT, duty, excise)

Bank + HR + reporting section

  • Posting bank statements in 1C.
  • Preparation of payment orders without signing authority.
  • Allocation of tax credit, control of account 64.

  • Control of accounts 68 / 37.
  • Payroll calculation in 1C, preparation of the 1DF/SSC report, control of payments in the taxpayer’s e-cabinet, submission of employee hiring notifications, creation of personal files and orders together with HR.
  • Preparation of VAT reports.
  • Work with primary documentation.
  • Interaction with other company departments, working with managers regarding the provision of documents.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the chief accountant

Section of primary accounting documentation:

  • receipt and verification of primary documentation

  • formation of primary documents (issuing incoming/outgoing invoices, invoices, bills)

  • posting documentation in 1C

  • organizing the collection of primary documents

  • working with managers regarding the provision of documents

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the basics of accounting, tax, and management accounting.
  • Practical experience working with primary documentation, understanding of accounting principles in the areas of sales, logistics, VAT, and foreign economic activity (FEA).
  • Ability to work with MS Office, M.E.Doc, Vchasno, 1C (UTP).
  • We are looking for specialists with – structured thinking and an analytical mindset, – responsibility for their area of work, – attention to detail, – honesty and integrity toward their work and the company, – the ability to work with large amounts of information.

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Sales/Purchasing Manager for grain crops, oil, and fertilizers.

Purpose of the position: ensuring stable, timely, and cost-effective sales/supply of products in accordance with market needs by searching for counterparties, analyzing, evaluating, and interacting with buyers/suppliers in the countries of the European Union, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Market needs and pricing analysis:
    • Daily monitoring of international exchanges.

    • Analysis of seasonal fluctuations and supply/demand.
    • Formation of export/import prices considering logistics, customs payments, and margin
  • Organization of foreign economic (FEA) operations:
    • Expanding the client base — searching for and engaging foreign counterparties in target markets and assigned territories.
    • Preparing commercial offers taking into account the specifics of the product (moisture, fraction, certification).
    • Conducting negotiations in English and signing foreign economic contracts.
    • Agreeing on payment terms: prepayment, letter of credit, deferred payment.

    • Agreeing on delivery terms (Incoterms), volumes, and schedules.

    • Calculation of deal profitability and cost optimization.
    • Selling finished products (agricultural products) to the markets of the EU, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Contract work:
    • Agreeing on delivery terms, prices, deadlines, and logistics.

    • Assessment of the reliability of buyers/suppliers — reputation, product quality, delivery stability.
    • Control of delivery deadlines and preparation of transport documents (CMR, bill of lading, invoice, packing list).
  • Processing and support of deals
    • Preparation of sales contracts, specifications, and invoices.
    • Organization of obtaining phytosanitary, veterinary, and quality certificates.
    • Control of product compliance with the requirements of the importing country.
    • Control over the fulfillment of contractual terms.
    • Coordination of logistics routes and delivery timelines.

  • Logistics and supply control
    • Coordination of product transportation (road, rail, sea)

    • Control over the timeliness and completeness of deliveries.

    • Interaction with customs brokers and logistics companies during international shipments.

  • Reporting and analytics
    • Maintaining internal procurement plan–fact reports in: tons, money, and deadlines.

    • Analysis of the supply market — prices, trends, risks.
