WPC 80 Instant — is an upgraded version of WPC 80 with instant solubility. The product is agglomerated and treated with lecithin (sunflower or soy), ensuring rapid dissolution even in cold water, with virtually no clumping. It has an “airy” structure, larger particles, and is convenient for end consumers as well as HoReCa use.
